KOMPAS.com – After being inaugurated on Monday (20/1/2025), the 47th President of the United States (US) Donald Trump moved to Statuary Hall at the US Capitol, United States, to enjoy lunch with guests.
Trump is known to like fast food (junk food), reported from TIMETuesday (21/1/2025). However, at the luncheon, Trump is said to have enjoyed a variety of special dishes that were far from junk food.

Reporting from The Economic Times, Trump enjoyed a three-course meal at the luncheon.
Trump ate the first dish crab cake with tomato tartar, pickled vegetables, chive oil, chardonnay, Veritas Vineyards ‘reserve,’ MonticelloAnd Virginia.
Continuing to the second dish, Melania Trump’s husband enjoyed it steak form Angus ribeye steak with carrots, broccoli, sauce and juice truffles red wine, with potatoes gratin.
As for the third course, Trump enjoyed sour ice cream and salted caramel, namely Minnesota Apple Ice Box Terrine as a closing lunch menu.

The treat for guests at Trump’s inauguration event was also not far from wine (wine) from New Mexico.
Each dish served to guests is paired with a different wine, according to the meal.
The wine served is: chardonnay from Monticello, Virginia, cabernet sauvignon from Napa Valley, California, and a natural sparkling wine blend from Sonoma County, California.
