- 5 whole chicken eggs
140 grams granulated sugar 250 grams cavendish banana (mash with a fork) ½ tsp banana essence (optional)

How to Make Chocolate Mess Banana Cake
- Prepare a tulban baking dish, grease with butter, and sprinkle with flour thinly. Preheat the oven to 170°C.
- Beat ingredients A (eggs, sugar and banana) until fluffy, thick and pale. Add ingredients B (flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt), stir gently using a spatula until evenly mixed. Add ingredients C (salad oil, powdered milk and melted butter), stir until evenly mixed.
