KOMPAS.com – After success with several previous branches, Hoy Tod Seafood Omelette has now officially opened its newest outlet in Hampton Square, Gading Serpong. Coming with a modern and authentic concept, Hoy Tod offers a wide selection of typical Thai dishes that are halal certified.
Hoy Tod is proof that Thai culinary delights are increasingly popular with Indonesian people. This typical dish from the White Elephant Country is known for its combination of sour, spicy, sweet and savory flavors which can pamper the tongue. “Hoy Tod is a popular street food dish in Thailand that consists of a mixture of eggs, dough and various flour seafood such as oysters, shrimp, or squid. “The cooking process uses a hot frying pan, resulting in a crunchy texture on the outside and soft on the inside,” said Hoy Tod Indonesia Founder Simon Suhendro in a release received by Kompas.com, Friday (17/1/2025).

To maintain the authenticity of the taste, Hoy Tod uses fresh, quality ingredients and a blend of typical Thai spices. Each dish is accompanied by fresh bean sprouts and chili sauce that combines sweet, spicy and sour flavors.
At this newest branch, some of the favorite omelette menus that you must try include Hoy Tod Udang, namely omelette seafood with fresh prawns juicy.
Then, there is Hoy Tod Crunchy, which is an extra crunchy version of the omlet with a crispy texture. Then, there is Mixed Seafood Hoy Tod, which is a combination of oysters, shrimp and squid in one plate.
Apart from that, Hoy Tod also serves other menus, such as Tom Yum Creamy, which is a typical Thai soup with a thick and savory sauce.
Then, Chicken with Thai Sauces, namely flour chicken with a choice of special sauces such as Thai Sweet & Sour and Thai Mango. Lastly, Thai Fried Rice, which is typical Thai fried rice with extras seafood.
Strategic location
Present in the Gading Serpong area which is known as a culinary center, the new Hoy Tod branch in Hampton Square makes it easier for Thai food lovers to enjoy authentic dishes without having to go all the way to the Land of the White Elephant.
