Zuppa Soup Recipe, Suitable for Sales Ideas

Zuppa soup ingredients:

  • Instant pastry skin to taste
  • 200 grams peeled shrimp (clean)
  • 200 grams fish fillet (diced)
  • 200 grams squid (clean and thinly sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons wheat flour
  • 600 milliliters of broth
  • 50 grams canned buttonholes (halved)
  • 100 milliliters of plain yoghurt

Spice:

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground red paprika
  • 1/3 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon mustard paste
  • Salt and fine granulated sugar to taste

How to make zuppa soup:

1. Heat one tablespoon of butter and one tablespoon of cooking oil then fry seafood until it changes color, then lift and drain.

2. Heat one tablespoon of butter, add the flour, then stir until evenly mixed. Pour in the stock little by little while stirring until the mixture is thick and cooked.

3. Add the stir fry seafood and spices, then cook while stirring until cooked and the spices are absorbed. Add the mushrooms, then stir again until it boils.

4. Add yoghurt then stir evenly and turn off the heat. Prepare a heatproof serving bowl, pour the soup into the bowl, then cover the bowl with a pastry shell.

5. When you want to eat, bake in a preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until cooked, then remove and serve while warm.
