Fish is usually cooked whole or in pieces. The methods are varied, some are steamed, boiled or fried.
This time, you can make fried fish in mango sauce for your family during Chinese New Year gatherings.

Material:
- 300 gr snapper fillet, cut into 1 cm x 1.5 cm pieces
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 chicken egg white
- 1 tbsp soy sauce substitute for angciu
- 60 gr flour
Mango sauce seasoning:
- 1 green mango, roughly thinly sliced
- 1 red chili, roughly thinly sliced
- 3 tbsp plum sauce
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 red onions, sliced
- 2 stalks of coriander leaves, sliced
- 1 tbsp fried peanuts, coarsely crushed
How to make fried fish in mango sauce
1. Coat the snapper filet pieces with salt, ground pepper, chicken egg white, soy sauce and flour. Leave it for 15 minutes.
2. Roll the coated snapper fillet pieces in the flour until evenly mixed.
3. Heat oil in a non-stick frying pan. Fry the snapper fillets coated in flour over medium heat until golden brown. Lift and drain.
4. Arrange the fried fish on a serving plate, drizzle with mango sauce.
5. Serve the fish in mango sauce while hot, sprinkled with fried peanuts as a side dish for rice.
