1. Fresh Sour Pecan Seasoned Fish

– 2 large mullet fish (clean, cut into 5-6 pieces)

– 4 fried candlenuts
– 6 red onions
– 4 cloves of garlic

– 5 tbsp water

Ingredient 3:
– 4 tbsp oil
– 1 ½ tbsp sugar
– 10 red onions
– 20 whole green cayenne peppers
– ½ red bell pepper (diced)
– 2 tsp vinegar
– 150 ml of water
