Chamomile tea is a tea made from the flower extract of the matricaria recutita plant. This tea is a drink without caffeine whose benefits have been known for thousands of years.

One of the most well-known benefits of chamomile tea is its calming effect. Therefore, this tea is often consumed before bed because it can improve sleep quality.

Chamomile tea is made by brewing chamomile flowers with hot water. Its benefits are also known to be able to relieve anxiety and become a medicine for stomach acid.

2. Rosehip Tea
