Material:
- 250 gr white rice
- 1 egg, beaten
- 6 peeled shrimps
- 1 squid, peeled, cut into pieces, cut into 3 cm x 3 cm pieces
- 50 gr peas
- 1 spring onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tsp granulated sugar
- 3 tbsp cooking oil
- Salt to taste
How to make oriental fried rice
1. Heat oil, saute garlic until fragrant. Add the egg and stir until it clumps.
2. Add shrimp and squid. Stir until it changes color.
3. Add rice, fish sauce, granulated sugar and salt. Stir well.
4. Add peas. Stir and cook until the spices are absorbed. Lift and serve.
