Butter fried chicken is made with garlic, sweet soy sauce, oyster sauce, lime, lime, onion and butter.

Material:
- 1 chicken, cut into 8 pieces
- 1 onion, chopped
- 5 cloves of garlic, sliced
- 1 tomato, cut into pieces
- 5 tbsp sweet soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 limes
- 2 limes
- 200 ml water
- 1/2 tsp ground pepper
- Salt to taste
- 3 tbsp butter/margarine
- Sufficient cooking oil

1. Rub the chicken with salt and lime juice. Let stand for 30 minutes until the flavors are absorbed. Steam briefly so that it becomes soft and reduces the fat.
Remove, drain and fry until golden brown. Lift.
2. Heat butter, saute onion and garlic until fragrant. Add tomatoes, oyster sauce and sweet soy sauce, stir well.
3. Add the fried chicken, add pepper and salt, mix well. Add a little water. Cook until the spices are absorbed. Remove, serve drizzled with lime juice.
