1. Almond milk
Almond milk is an alternative to cow’s milk for lactose intolerant people.
Almond milk contains hormones and minerals that can improve sleep. Includes tryptophan, melatonin, and magnesium.
In fact, one glass (237 milliliters) of almond milk contains nearly 17 milligrams of magnesium.
In recent years, magnesium has shown potential as a treatment for insomnia, especially in older adults.
