Consuming it is also good for heart health and even helps reduce belly fat. The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) revealed that 1 serving of almonds weighing 28 grams usually contains 23 almonds.

This amount contains 172 calories, 3 grams of fiber, and 6 grams of protein. You can eat almonds just like that or in the form of jam as a spread on apple slices. Guaranteed deliciousness!

2. Grapes

Grapes are naturally high in sugar, but they are good to consume as a diet snack to satisfy a sweet tooth that is hard to suppress. According to the USDA, one cup of grapes contains about 100 calories. Limit consumption to around that amount.

To make it tastier, you can eat grapes frozen. Try putting it in the freezer as a snack stock or consuming it with slices of cheese if you want a different delicious taste sensation.

3. Chocolate

While on a diet, it doesn’t mean you can’t eat your favorite foods at all, including chocolate. Chocolate is considered a ‘little gift’ during a diet that can make you enthusiastic about your diet and ultimately make it through. It’s just that the portion shouldn’t be large and it shouldn’t be chocolate with lots of sugar added.

A 2022 study published in the Journal of Cognition said diets tend to fail when you completely avoid consuming your favorite foods or give bad labels to foods you really like and are known to be ‘unhealthy’. Basically, diet is about consuming food in a balanced way.

4. Popcorn

The best snack for losing weight is the snack of a million people when watching the cinema. Popcorn is said to be ideal for a diet snack because it is high in fiber and contains a little protein. 3 cups of popcorn contain about 110 calories, 4 grams of fiber, and almost 3 grams of protein according to the USDA.

Popcorn made from corn is considered more ideal for dieters who want a crunchy snack, rather than buying packaged potato chips. Make sure you choose original popcorn, not one that is coated with caramel, cheese or something else.
