How to Make Chicken Burgers, You Can Use Leftover BBQ Ingredients


KOMPAS.com – If you still have chicken left after the New Year’s party, you can make it into a chicken burger.

This chicken burger is made with onions, eggs, breadcrumbs, pepper, green onions and chicken breast.

The chicken burger is served with mango salsa sauce consisting of Indramayu mango, green onions, green bird’s eye view, coriander leaves and lime juice.

Material:

  • 400 grams chicken breast, thinly sliced, chopped
  • 4 spring onions, remove the green part, thinly slice
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp bread flour
  • 1/2 tsp ground pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Mango-salsa, mix before serving:

  • 2 tbsp lime/lemon juice
  • 2 Indramayu mangoes
  • 1 spring onion, finely chopped
  • 2 green/red bird’s eye chilies, finely sliced
  • 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves (can be omitted)

Complementary:

  • 200 grams of boiled broccoli
  • 200 grams of cucumber
  • Lettuce leaves to taste

1. Mix all the ingredients together, divide into four parts. Round each and flatten slightly. Cover with plastic, store for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

2. Arrange the chicken burgers on a flat frying pan greased with a tablespoon of canola or olive oil, raise it over the heat.

Turn it over after it is half cooked, brush the surface with the remaining oil, let it cook thoroughly.

Serve with salsa and vegetables, without potatoes or rice, one portion of chicken burger is quite filling.
