The deliciousness of Buper Glagah Arum style nyemek noodles on the slopes of Semeru

Lumajang, East Java (ANTARA) – Everyone definitely likes processed food made from noodles, because this menu is the culinary delights of a million people and can be found in almost all restaurants and roadside stalls.

Well, now there are many stalls or food stalls selling nyemek noodles with various toppings and spiciness levels according to the tastes ordered by visitors.

Mie nyemek is a noodle dish typical of the Special Region of Yogyakarta and Central Java Province which is served with a thick and light sauce. The term nyemek itself comes from Javanese which means neither wet nor dry.

However, in East Java there are also many restaurants that serve various variants of nyemek noodles which are typical for the taste buds of East Javanese people who like savory and spicy, so that it arouses the appetite to eat.

For culinary noodle connoisseurs, there’s no harm in tasting nyemek noodles while enjoying a holiday with the family at the Glagah Arum Glamping Campground (Buper) located in Kandangtepus Village, Senduro District, Lumajang Regency.

The nyemek noodles served at the Buper Glagah Arum food court are almost the same as nyemek noodles in general, consisting of noodles, scrambled eggs and vegetables, as well as a sprinkling of fried onions.

However, vegetables picked on the slopes of Mount Semeru and special spices make the nyemek noodles at Buper Glagah Arum different from other nyemek noodles.

“The vegetables we use are picked on the slopes of Mount Semeru and the spices also make the nyemek noodles at Glagah Arum very popular with tourists,” said Faza, who is a waiter at the Glagah Arum Foodcourt.

The level of spiciness of Nyemek noodles can also be requested according to the customer’s taste, so you can choose not spicy, medium or super spicy because the noodles are made directly when the visitor orders.

The spices are also very pronounced and the sauce is quite thick which adds even more deliciousness when the first bite of noodles lands in your mouth, so you become addicted until the last bite of nyemek noodles.

Enjoying nyemek noodles when the air is cold and while looking at the exotic Mount Semeru from Buper Glagah Arum is an unforgettable sensation with family, friends and loved ones.

For those of you who really like noodles, there’s no harm in enjoying nyemek noodles accompanied by Buper Glagah Arum style wedang uwuh while enjoying the exotic view of the highest mountain on the island of Java. It will definitely be the most beautiful and unforgettable memory.
