It is hoped that the launch of this menu will attract foreign tourists and be a reminder for the Balinese people to continue to celebrate and appreciate the richness of their local culture.
Executive Chef Felice Gede Susila Yadnya, who is a renowned chef with international experience, together with Head Chef Felice I Ketut Karmada shared the long research and development process that went through before presenting this unique menu.
“We want to create a different taste breakthrough, combining the authenticity of Italian flavors with local Balinese ingredients that are rich in taste, so that our customers can enjoy a special culinary experience,” said the chef.
The launch of Chicken Pizza Sambal Matah was carried out in conjunction with Galungan Day, a sacred moment for Hindus in Bali.
Felice wants to play a role in maintaining the spirit of local wisdom, inviting people to always be grateful and love the rich Balinese culture through this special dish.
On the same occasion, the owner of Felice Italian Bistro, Made Budi Artawan, emphasized Felice’s social commitment to the Balinese people.
“Part of the proceeds from sales of the Chicken Pizza Sambal Matah menu will be donated to Balinese people in need. “This is a form of our gratitude for the support given to Felice, as well as our contribution to supporting the welfare of the local community,” said Budi.
