Grilled mackerel fish ingredients:
- 500 gr mackerel fish (cleaned)
- 1 tbsp sour water
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Ground seasoning ingredients:
- 3 tbsp sliced red onion
- 1 tbsp sliced garlic
- 2 tbsp sliced curly red chilies
- 5 candlenuts
- 1 tsp sliced galangal
- 1 tbsp sliced lemongrass (take the inside part)
- 1 tsp sliced turmeric
- 3 pieces of suntil acid
- 1 tsp salt

How to make grilled mackerel fish:
1. Cover the fish with acid, then let it sit for about 15 minutes. After that, coat the fish with ground spices, let it rest for 45 minutes at room temperature.
2. Heat a non-stick Teflon dish then grill the fish while smearing it with vegetable oil and turning it over so that all parts of the fish cook evenly.
3. Remove the fish and serve while warm with rice and fresh vegetables.
