The sour taste in this recipe is obtained from starfruit and sunti acid so the sour taste feels fresher.

Ingredients for spicy and sour shrimp sauce:
- 500 gr fresh shrimp (cleaned)
- 1 lime (take the juice)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 star fruit vegetables (halves)
- 5 green chilies (chopped)
- 5 lime leaves (cut into pieces)
- 400 ml water
- 1/2 tsp flavoring
Ground spices:
- 4 red onions
- 4 pieces of garlic
- 2 centimeters turmeric
- 6 pieces of sunti acid
- 5 red chilies
- Salt to taste

How to make fresh shrimp in sour sauce:
1. Cover the shrimp with lime juice and salt, then let sit for a moment. Stir the shrimp with the ground spices until evenly distributed, then cook in a pan while stirring until the shrimp changes color.
2. Add star fruit, green chilies and oranges, then stir until evenly mixed. Pour in the water and seasoning, then stir again until the shrimp are cooked and the spices are absorbed, then serve while warm.
