Ingredients:
• 75 gr rice flour
• 1 teaspoon tapioca flour
• 3 gr Nutrijell Plain
• 400 ml of water
• A pinch of salt
• 5 pandanus leaves
• 100 ml of water (for pandan juice)
• 150 grams of brown sugar
• 100 ml of water (for sugar syrup)
• 350 ml of medium thickness coconut milk
• Ice cubes as needed
How to make:
1. Blender Pandan leaves and water, then strain to get pandan juice.
2. Mix rice flour, tapioca flour, nutrijell, salt, water, and pandan juice in a pan.
3. Cook over low heat until the dough thickens.
4. Put the mixture into a triangular plastic or cendol mold.
5. Spray the mixture into ice water until a cendol grain is formed.
6. Boil brown sugar with water and pandan leaves until dissolved. Cool.
7. Boil coconut milk with salt until it boils, then cool.
8. In a glass, pour brown sugar syrup, add ice cubes and cendol.
9. Flush with coconut milk, stir, and serve.

Grass jelly ice is a fresh drink made from black grass jelly with additional coconut milk and brown sugar.
Ingredients:

How to make:
