5 Tips for Making Juicy Steak at Home, Recommendations from Steakhouse Chefs

There are several things that must be considered when making it steakstarting from choosing the type of meat, spices, to cooking tools.

The more correctly you choose the tools and materials, the easier it will be to produce steak soft and textured juicy.

1. Use tenderloin or sirloin cuts

There are at least three cuts of beef to make steak suggested by Gustaf, namely tenderloin, sirloin, and rib eye.

According to Gustaf, the tenderloin is cooked properly steak because the cut comes from lean meat, while sirloin is a mixture of fat and meat.

As for rib eyehas a composition similar to tenderloin and sirloin. So, it is considered appropriate to choose this cut of meat for steak.

2. Season the meat steak enough

Seasoning meat steak depending on the quality of the meat used. The higher the quality, the less marinade you need to use.

You can use black pepper, sea ​​saltgarlic powder, or Cajun powder for marinating meat steak.
