Ciki kebul or ice smoke or also popular as dragon’s breath is a snack in the form of cereal puffs that are given liquid nitrogen. The liquid nitrogen turns into vapor in the mouth when eaten.
Quoted from BuzzFeed News (03/18/18) It turns out that snacks like this have been around since 1883. They were first created by a woman and chef named Agnes Marshall in London, England.
At that time, Marshall used liquid nitrogen to make ice cream mixture so that it was frozen quickly. Apart from that, it can also make the ice cream mixture fresher even without using other flavoring ingredients.
