When ordering salads, also make sure the sauce or dressing is not high in calories. If there are additional steamed vegetables or fresh fruit pieces, it is also a good choice. “All foods contain essential vitamins and minerals. It is also low in calories and fats,” Sabbath said.
2. Limit the portion of fast food
Research published in the Journal of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics found that the portion of fast food is now bigger than in 1986. For the opening menu, it could even increase 39 grams. Therefore it is important to always limit the portion of fast food consumption to remain small.

“Grilled menu is generally better than fried foods because most of the low calories and fat. Baked menu also tends to contain less sodium than fried menus,” explained Sabbath.

Talking about the drinking menu at a fast food restaurant, soda is always the first choice. Avoid consuming this drink because it is high in sugar so it is very bad for diet.
This drink is also packed with a variety of hazardous chemicals that are actually related to weight gain. As a solution, order water or drinks without other sweeteners such as coffee or fresh tea.
