1. Fresh Sour Pecan Seasoned Fish

Ingredient 1:
– 2 large mullet fish (clean, cut into 5-6 pieces)
– 1 tsp turmeric powder
– 1 tsp coriander powder
– 1 tsp salt
– 4 tbsp water
– 500 ml oil for frying

Ingredient 2 (Pure):
– 4 fried candlenuts
– 6 red onions
– 4 cloves of garlic
– 1 tsp chili powder
– 1 tsp turmeric powder
– 3 cm ginger
– 1 stalk of lemongrass (take the white part, chop)
– 4 lime leaves
– 1 tsp salt
– 5 tbsp water

Ingredient 3:
– 4 tbsp oil
– 1 ½ tbsp sugar
– 10 red onions
– 20 whole green cayenne peppers
– ½ red bell pepper (diced)
– 2 tsp vinegar
– 150 ml of water
